1. Welcome to BritFly! Please read our policy carefully. We don’t guarantee that applying through BritFly will ensure a visa, but we do guarantee that our total processing time is six months. Within this period, you might receive a work permit or a visa, but there’s no guarantee. Remember, the embassy issues the visa, and the work permit depends on the company. If you get your work permit within six months, you can apply for the visa.

2. If we fail to provide the work permit within six months, you will receive a 100% security deposit refund. You are eligible to withdraw your application after this period, but withdrawing before six months or during the process will result in the loss of your security deposit. However, if you choose to withdraw after six months and BritFly has not provided the work permit, you will receive a full refund. Alternatively, you may grant us a three-month extension, based on your preference.

3. For your visa application, we do not require full payment upfront or in installments before the visa is issued. Instead, we only hold a very small security deposit (100% refundable) to keep your application active. All fees are paid only after you receive your visa, ensuring no step-by-step or installment payments are required before visa approval. This way, all payments are made after you have successfully obtained your visa.

4. After submitting your application through BritFly, approximately 20% of applicants receive an interview with companies. Many applicants move forward without an interview. If you don’t receive an interview link or invitation, don’t worry—your application is still in process, and you will be updated once there is news.

5. During the application process, we do not provide regular updates until we receive the work permit approval from European companies. Once we receive notification of your work permit, our team will contact you to prepare for the final application submission to the embassy.
