How it works
Pick the destination you want to work in: Europe (Schengen), the Balkans, or the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or USA.
Complete your application in the BritFly app. The app shows your fee for your office, residence and destination. Pay only through official BritFly channels and keep your invoice.
Your BritFly officer tells you which documents are needed, checks them, books your embassy or VFS appointment and prepares your file.
If an employer or embassy interview is required, we help you prepare, including English mentoring.
Once your visa is issued, we can help with your flight ticket, airport drop-off and pickup on arrival.
BritFly does not guarantee a visa or a job. The embassy and the employer decide.
Application fees
European work permit and visa fees are free of charge.
We do not charge for the European visa or work permit itself. Our service fee covers mentoring, application preparation, pre-appointment and interview preparation, airport pickup, and other support services only.

Your service fee is shown in the BritFly app during your application, based on your office, residence and destination. BritFly does not charge for the European visa or work permit itself. The service fee covers mentoring, application preparation, pre-appointment and interview preparation, airport pickup and other support services. Other services are priced on request.
The BritFly app currently gives an estimated processing time of 8 to 10 months. Timings depend on the destination country, the employer and the embassy.
No. You can apply, chat with your officer and send documents in the app. You can also visit our Dhaka or Dubai office, or pay online from Kuwait, Jeddah and Doha. Addresses and hours are on our Offices page.
