Information we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, enquiry type, destination, and the details you write in your message.
• Email and WhatsApp: the information you choose to send us.
• Technical data: our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.

Please do not send passport numbers or identity documents through this website’s form. Candidates whose files we process share documents through the BritFly app (app.britfly.ae) or directly with a BritFly officer.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss our services.
• To process work-permit, visa and travel files where you or your employer/agency has asked us to.
• To keep records of our communications with partners.

We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Where needed to process a file, we share information with the employer or agency concerned, embassies, visa application centres, authorities and travel providers. We use service providers (for example website hosting, email and form-handling services) who process data on our behalf.

Third-party content

Our Offices page embeds Google Maps, YouTube and Facebook content. These services may set cookies or collect data when they load, under their own privacy policies.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@britfly.ae.
